  • The incorrect item was shipped

To be eligible, you must:

  • Include clear photo evidence of the issue

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper use or failure to follow product instructions

Product-Specific Refund Policy

Custom Crochet Figure DIY Kits and/or instructions

Due to the nature of this product, it is final sale once the product packaging has been opened for the kit and once the order is paid for the digital instructions.

This kit includes physical materials and access to digital instructional content via a QR code.
If the box seal is broken or the package is opened, the item is considered used and is not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

Refunds or replacements may only be considered if:

  • The product arrives damaged, or

  • The incorrect item was shipped

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include clear photos showing the unopened packaging.

Digital instructional content is non-refundable, non-transferable, and considered delivered once the product is opened.
